At your first appointment with us you will be asked to take a moment to fill out a detailed medical history form. Your dentist will give you an extensive initial examination and chart what is already in your mouth. You can discuss with your dentist the results and plan the best way to deal with any problems, your options and choices.
Our relationship doesn't begin when you walk into the practice and end when you leave; it starts when you look in your mirror each morning and ends only when you close your eyes to sleep at night. We want our relationship to be a good one; we listen to you because we care. If there is anything we can do to make your time with us easier, just tell us. Your comfort and peace of mind are top priorities for us. There is no one at the practice who doesn't have to sit in the dental chair themselves at some time, we know firsthand the anxiety and stress you may feel and want to do everything we can to make these visits as easy on you as we can.
